Applications: Please fill out the printable application form (at right) and submit it to Jaya Radhe at the Alachua Learning Center (anytime between 8 a.m. -2 p.m.), or Anapayini at the Bhaktikalalayam Dance Academy.

Once you've been approved, you will need to complete the following form:

This form needs to be notarized by the participant's parents/guardians. Every Kishori must have it to go on the tour.
